1. Agreement Overview
By accessing and using our services, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms of Service. Our services provide dedicated tech teams on a monthly subscription basis.
2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new clients. However, during the trial, we will not work on bug fixes or perform any extensive work on your project. The trial period allows you to explore our services, but our team will only begin full work after a formal meeting and agreement are made.
3. Service Activation
To activate our service, a proper meeting and agreement must be held. We will not assign our team to your project until we’ve discussed your needs, objectives, and clarified your requirements.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are due monthly for continued access to the assigned team. If payment is not received, access may be suspended. All fees are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide necessary access and information for the team to perform their duties. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or materials you provide.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your data.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of intellectual property created will be transferred to you once all payments are received.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Termination requires all outstanding payments to be cleared.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month prior to the incident.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your business is located.
